  • WEB PORTAL SERVICE

    vccpark.co.nz is our ecommerce portal to allow all our clients using the carpark facility at the Victory Convention Centre to be able to register their interest in starting a carpark account with us. By doing so, they will have the ability to update their contact details, car registration number, execute payment to carpark entry and ability to view their car transaction history. After each payment made, the transaction details is displayed and the receipt emailed to your registered email address.

  • HOURS OF OPERATION: 5.00am - 12.00am(midnight)

    Licence plate recognition (LPR) technology operates in this safe and secure multi-level car parking facility. The site has 19 cameras in its 24/7 closed circuit television monitoring operation. Wheelchair access on all levels.

    Security Help is available 24/7. Phone 021 515 730 and a Security Guard will help you.

  • RATES (All prices are in NZD)

    • Casual Parking: $4.00 per hour.
    • All-Day Parking: $18.00, from 5am - 7pm. After 7.00pm Casual Hourly Rate accumulates to your account.
    • Multi-Entry Day Pass: $20.00, from 5am - 7pm. After 7.00pm Casual Hourly Rate accumulates to your account.
    • Evening Parking: $8.00, from 5pm - 12 midnight.
    • Day-Time Monthly Parking: $315.00 per month, from 6.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Sunday.
  • ENTRY & EXIT

    VCC Carpark LPR entry and exit is fully automatic and hands-free and takes only a few seconds. For smooth operation, please slow down and stop at least a meter BEFORE the barrier arm or not follow too closely to previous vehicle (at least half a car length) to allow the LPR system to process each car properly.

    In rare occasions where the exit gate is unable to match your car plate to payment, you may be ask to enter the "passcode" that appears on your payment receipt.

    In emergency, press the Help button on the gate kiosk for assistance.
  • PAYMENT

    Make payment before exiting the carpark with your vehicle. This can be done either at the payment kiosk or online through your smartphone or computer.

    For the personal security of our customer we operate only cashless machines. If you only have cash, press the Help button on a payment kiosk and an attendant will assist you.

    All electronic transactions are managed by DPS Payment Express.
    • Payment Kiosk: Kiosks are located in B2 lobby at Beaumont Street end of car park, and in B1 lobby at Auditorium end. With *one* finger touch screen to start; key in your licence plate number. Kiosk screen will display your parking costs. Pay by EFTPOS or credit/debit card (pin number cards only, kiosk cannot accept 'signature required' cards). A paper receipt is issued upon payment.
    • Online (credit/debit cards only): Login to vccpark.co.nz with your registered car plate number and password. If you don't have an existing account, you can register online or use PaybyPlate option. Pay just before you exit or early before returning to the car park. Please factor in the time taken to travel back to the carpark. An electronic receipt will be sent to your registered email.
    Please take note or keep your receipt in case the "passcode" is required by the gate kiosk.

    Once a payment has been made, it cannot be cancelled.
  • REFUND

    If you think you have been overcharged for your parking, please contact VCC's administration office during office hours and quote your license plate number. All payment transactions are recorded in the system. If an error is found, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to fully refund your payment.
